Where we are
Koussi Intelligence is operated as a sole-trader publishing business. Our primary audience is international — commodity traders, mining executives, institutional investors, and supply chain professionals based across multiple jurisdictions. For the purposes of this statement, we treat GDPR as the applicable standard.
What we collect
When you subscribe to the Koussi Brief, we collect your email address. That is the only personal data we hold. We do not collect names, company affiliations, or payment details (subscriptions are not yet active).
We do not use tracking pixels, behavioural analytics, or third-party advertising scripts. We do not use cookies beyond a session cookie required for the administrative interface, which is inaccessible to readers.
What we do with it
Your email address is used solely to deliver the intelligence brief you subscribed to receive. We do not sell, license, or share subscriber data with any third party — including data brokers, advertisers, or sponsors.
Email delivery is handled via Resend (resend.com). Your address is stored in Supabase (supabase.com), a Postgres-backed cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit. Both providers are GDPR-compliant. We maintain data processing agreements with both.
Your rights
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the foot of every brief we send, or by visiting the unsubscribe page on this site. Unsubscribing removes your address from the mailing list immediately.
If you wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the data we hold on you, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
When this changes
If we make material changes to how we collect or use personal data — for example, if we introduce paid subscriptions or third-party analytics — we will notify subscribers by email before the change takes effect. This page will always reflect the current policy.
